Common questions

• Signing in: Eat the World uses Sign in with Apple only. Your eaten map works without an account; sign in to add friends and sync.
• Finding places: pick a country or cuisine on the map and open the bottom sheet, or tap the magnifier in the bottom dock and search for a friend, city, restaurant or bar.
• Reporting or blocking: open a friend's profile for Report and Block (a non-friend's profile offers them too); tap the flag beside any post that is not yours; use the menu in the photo viewer to report a friend's photo; long-press any message you receive, in a private or an event chat, to report it; long-press an event chat in your conversations to leave it. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
• Location sharing: Settings → Show global location to friends is off by default; turning it off removes the stored position.
• Deleting your account: menu → SETTINGS → Delete account → DELETE ACCOUNT. Everything is removed immediately.
